
CRAFTALUMA will be held indoors at The Petaluma Veteran’s Memorial Hall in Petaluma.Vendors may arrive at 9:30 a.m. and no earlier.
Venue Location: Veteran’s Memorial Hall,1094 Petaluma Blvd. South, Petaluma CA, 94952. Parking is abundant in the parking lot located on the building site.
Booth space:An 8-foot table and two chairs will be provided for all vendors. Tables will be placed in each booth before vendor arrival on the day of the show. There is no discount for vendors who choose not to use the provided table. If a display requires racks or another alternative to a table, the display space will be limited to 8’ x 4’. Based on space available and walkway clearance, vendors opting out of the provided table may be designated to a certain area of the venue.Vendors will receive notification of their table location about a week before the show via email OR at check in time at the Petaluma Craft Mafia booth the day of thte event.
ELECTRICITY:Access to an outlet is available for an additional $5 fee. Accepted Vendors who pay for electricity are RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING THEIR OWN EXTENSION CORDS.
APPLICATION ACCEPTANCE
Notification of acceptance will be sent via email by NOVEMBER 19, 2011. If your application is not accepted you will receive a refund on the above date along with a response to the e-mail address you have provided.
VENDOR FEE DUE AT TIME OF APPLICATION
$80.00 before October 15th, or $100.00 after includes an 8-foot table and two chairs
OR
$105.00 includes a 8-foot table, two chairs and electricity - **VENDORS: YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN extension cord.
FOOD:Sea Modern Thai, Cafe Zazzle, Punjabi, LUMA, Aqus and Hiro’s and an abundance of restaurants located less than two miles downtown are in close proximity to the event and provide a diverse range of beverages and food options.
VENUE VENDOR AGREEMENT
All vendors must agree to the venue’s (Craftaluma and PVH) terms.
ANIMALS
Animals are not permitted in the facility. Exceptions include guide, sign or signal dogs to aide patrons with disabilities.
DECORATIONS & CLEAN UP
All vendors are expected to clean-up their booth after the show. Nothing may be attached to any walls of ceilings in any rented area and nothing may be REMOVED from such property without prior approval. PYROTECHNICS are not permitted in this event facility.
CARRY IN ITEMS
The following items are not permitted:
• Coolers
• Laser pointers
• Fireworks
• Illegal drugs and alcohol
• Weapons and dangerous devices of any type
SEARCHES
For the safety and comfort of our guests, we reserve the right to search the belongings of any guests prior to entering the facility or while on our premises. A search may consist of the following: the guest being asked to open any coat, bag or container and also be physically patted down or screened with a metal detector. If contraband is detected, the guest will be asked to dispose of such item(s) prior to entering the building. Guest may be detained if the item(s) discovered is of an illegal nature. Items confi scated at entry will not be returned. We do not regularly search guests and we will not be responsible for the actions of guests.
SMOKING
This is a smoke-free facility. However, smoking is allowed outside during events at designated areas outside the facility.
UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR
Any person who creates a disturbance or endangers other shall be subject to ejection from the event.
PATRON APPEARANCE
Patrons entering the facility must be properly attired with shoes and a shirt. These items must be worn at all times.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Patrons who fail to abide by arena policies, state and federal law are subject to ejection from the facility. Any patron who is violating arena policy will be asked to correct their behavior and, if they fail to do so in a timely fashion, will be ejected. Individuals who have been ejected must vacate arena property or be subject to arrest on trespassing charges.
FIREARMS/WEAPONS
No persons are permitted to bring weapons of any kind into the arena with the exception of local, state and federal enforcement offi cials. Concealed weapons permits are not valid in public assembly areas.

From the North:
Take the Petaluma Blvd. exit, approximately 1.4 miles, turn left to the entrance of the Petaluma Veteran’s Hall parking lot. You will see AMF bowling alley and The Petaluma Vetarans Hall on the same grounds.
From the South:
Exit onto Petaluma Blvd. South, go approx, 0.7 miles, turn left into parking lot. Landmark to look for is the AMF Bowling Alley located on the same grounds as the Vet’s Hall.
