Please provide a minimum of two (2) direct links to individual images of your work online. A Direct Link is a link to one (1) image. Example: a listing image from an Etsy Shop, not a whole Etsy Shop or a Flickr Image not a Flickr Photostream.**

RULES & REGULATIONS:

**We reserve the right to ask any vendor who we feel has misrepresented their product line to remove those products from display at the show.

**Boutiques and Consignment Shops are welcome to apply. We strongly encourage the majority of your items to be hand made either by you or by the artist(s) you represent. The motivation behind the Petaluma Craft Mafia and Craftaluma is to support independent businesses and handcrafted work.

VENDOR FEE DUE AT TIME OF APPLICATION:

$80.00 before October 15th, or $100.00 after includes an 8-foot table and two chairs
OR
$105.00 includes a 8-foot table, two chairs and electricity - **VENDORS: YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN extension cord.
* Electricity is $5 extra
PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE NO LATER THEN NOVEMBER 19TH, 2011 and are due at time of application remittance for accepted applicants.
