Terms and Conditions
To submit an application you must agree to all the terms below. By accessing or using this website in any way, including downloading materials or merely browsing the site, you agree to and are bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this document and in any changes that Mafia Made HOLIDAY CRAFTACULAR may publish from time to time. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth below, do not access or use this site.
Event Information
Venue Location: Mafia Made HOLIDAY CRAFTACULAR!! will be held at the Petaluma Veteran’s Memorial Hall at 1094 Petaluma Boulevard South, Petaluma California 94952. There is plenty of parking.
Booth space: An 8-foot table and two chairs will be provided for all vendors. Tables will be placed in each booth before vendor arrival on the day of the show. There is no discount for vendors who choose not to use the provided table. If a display requires racks or another alternative to a table, the display space will be limited to 8’ x 4’. Based on space available and walkway clearance, vendors opting out of the provided table may be designated to a certain area of the venue. Vendors will receive notification of their table location about a week before the show via email. Duct tape or fastening materials to the walls of the building is not allowed.
Electricity: Access to an outlet is available for an additional $5 fee. Accepted Vendors who pay for electricity are responsible for providing their own heavy-duty extension cords.
Application Acceptance
Notification of acceptance: Notification of acceptance will be sent via email before or on December 1, 2008. If your application is not accepted you will receive a refund on the above date along with a response.
Show fee due at time of application:
$65 includes an 8-foot table and two chairs
OR
$70 includes an 8-foot table, two chairs and electricity
Vendor applications due no later than November 28th, 2008 and fees are due at time of application submission. We will contact you within a few days to let you know if your application has been accepted. We appreciate all of our crafty folks, but those vendors who exhibit the DIY spirit and handmade craftyness will take priority.
Food: A light concessions vendor will be on site. Restaurants can be found in close proximity along Petaluma Boulevard.
Venue Vendor Agreement
Animals: Animals are not permitted in the facility. Exceptions include guide, sign or signal dogs to aide patrons with disabilities.
Decorations & Clean up: All vendors are expected to clean-up their booth and fold away tables after the show. Nothing may be attached to any walls of ceilings in any rented area and nothing may be REMOVED from such property without prior approval. PYROTECHNICS are not permitted in this event facility.
Carry In Items: The following items are not permitted:
* Backpacks
* Coolers
* Laser pointers
* Fireworks
* Illegal drugs and alcohol
* Weapons and dangerous devices of any type
Searches: For the safety and comfort of our guests, we reserve the right to search the belongings of any guests prior to entering the facility or while on our premises. A search may consist of the following: the guest being asked to open any coat, bag or container and also be physically patted down or screened with a metal detector. If contraband is detected, the guest will be asked to dispose of such item(s) prior to entering the building. Guest may be detained if the item(s) discovered is of an illegal nature. Items confiscated at entry will not be returned. We do not regularly search guests and we will not be responsible for the actions of guests.
Smoking: This is a smoke-free facility. However, smoking is allowed outside during events at designated areas outside the facility.
Unacceptable Behavior: Any person who creates a disturbance or endangers other shall be subject to ejection from the event.
Patron Appearance: Patrons entering the facility must be properly attired with shoes and a shirt. These items must be worn at all times.
Disorderly Conduct: Patrons who fail to abide by arena policies, state and federal law are subject to ejection from the facility. Any patron who is violating arena policy will be asked to correct their behavior and, if they fail to do so in a timely fashion, will be ejected. Individuals who have been ejected must vacate arena property or be subject to arrest on trespassing charges.
Firearms/Weapons: No persons are permitted to bring weapons of any kind into the arena with the exception of local, state and federal enforcement officials. Concealed weapons permits are not valid in public assembly areas.
Deadline and Fees
The application deadline is November 28th, 2008 and application fee is due at this time.
